Many customers ask us why they should choose a T1 for their business when DSL is so much cheaper. Good question. Here are some reasons a T1 may be a better choice for you.

Wider Availability
SDSL and ADSL availability is dependant on your location. Whether can get DSL and the speeds you can get depend on how far you are from the nearest telco central office. Some areas can't get DSL at all. We can get you a T1 almost anywhere .

Faster Telco Response Times
All ISPs deliver there service over the local telephone infrastructure, or the "last mile," which is owned by the ILECs (local telephone companies). So, when a broadband line goes down because of local line problems, the telephone company is dispatched to fix the problem. ADSL is not considered by the phone companies as a "premium" service, so ADSL is not afforded premium response times. SDSL and T1 are premium services, with typical response times of 4 hours, as opposed to 24 to 48 hours for ADSL.

Higher Reliability
Traditional high-end business connection. Delivered over two wire pairs, rather than 1 (SDSL and ADSL) and beefier telco equipment and routers.
