Beverly Reilly Bryde is an associate professor and coordinator of secondary education with the school of education at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California. Previously she has served as assistant professor of education and coordinator of secondary education at Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania. She has coached Women's Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track at Villanova University, Widener University, Cabrini College, and Bryn Mawr and Haverford's Bi-College Team. Beverly ran cross country and track and played basketball in K-12 schools. She ran cross country, indoor and outdoor track for four years at Villanova University.

Beverly has a B.S. degree in education and a M.A. degree in educational administration from Villanova University and an Ed.D. in leadership in higher education from Widener University. She is author and co-author of Judicious Coaching, numerous articles and conference presentations on educational technology and teacher preparation. She is the 2002 recipient of the "President's Award for Teaching" at California Lutheran University.
