Historical / Literary/ Scientific / Mathematical …Dinner

Instructions:  Imagine you have invited (A LIST OF HISTORICAL / LITERARY / SCIENTIFIC /ATHLETIC/ MATHEMATICAL / THEATRIC… FIGURES) to dinner .  You can either make the character come to your time in some way or make the dinner take place in their time period.  Use narrative and/or dialog to write two pages including the following subjects:

·         A description of what your guest is wearing, and how he/she enters your home.

·         What you serve your guest, and a description of his/her manners.

·         What gift your guest brings to the dinner, and what gift you give  him/her.

·        A discussion of historical/ literary / scientific/ mathematical (etc.)topics and their/your opinions to better understand them and their times.

·         If your guest is visiting your time period, he/she may make some  comments on your home or time period.

·         The event that will end your evening.
