Invitations
Please
do these steps only if you have a confiirmed party reserved at Party
On! Family Fun Center.
If
you already have
booked a party at Party On! Family Fun Center and would like to notify
your guests, you can download the invitation file directly from our
site, then print, address, fold and mail them. The invitation file is
in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and can be opened and printed
using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers already have Adobe
Acrobat, but if you should need it, the reader can be downloaded from
Adobe's website (and many others). Here is the link to the Adobe
download site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html .
Once
you have
downloaded and installed Acrobat Reader, click here to
download the invitation file.
If asked, choose to
Save the file on your computer instead of Open the file. Remember the
location you chose to save the file!
When
you have
opened the invitation file in Acrobat Reader, you will notice it has
two pages. The invitation is designed to be printed on both sides of a
single sheet of paper. You will need to consult the manual for your
printer to determine the correct method for printing double-sided
copies. It may take a couple of tries to correctly print the invitation
on a single sheet.
Once
you have an
invitation printed, fold the paper in half so that the color side is
facing outward, then fold in half again so that the blue side (with the
words "You've been invited to a party!") is visible on one side, and
the map and phone number is visible on the other. The final folded
invitation is 4 1/4" x 5 3/4". Now you can fill in the personalized
portion of the invitation with the details about your party.
If
you need
envelopes, we recommend No. 5 1/2 invitation envelopes, which are 4
3/8" x 5 3/4".
Please
let us know
if you have any problems downloading or preparing your party
invitations.
